Is this course right for me?
-You will have some knowledge of basic home cooking
-You will have a real passion for Nigerian food

What will I learn?
-A historical overview of Traditional Nigerian cooking
-The concepts of Contemporary Nigerian cooking
-The knowledge of making 2 main recipes
-Concept of Nigerian food presentation

How will I learn?
-Sharing perceptions & experiences on Nigerian food
-Initial Verbal exposition
-Tutor demonstrations
-Engaging in a practical cooking session

Will I gain a qualification?
-You will receive a Certificate of Attendance (optional)

What can I do next?
You can take additional lessons to learn how to make other recipes; there is a wide selection based on the “Contemporary Nigerian Cuisine” cookbook.

What do I need to bring?
Containers to carry food in, a note pad and a pen. The ingredients for the first session will be provided. You will be advised each week of your needs for the following weeks. An apron.

The programme cost is £135.00 which includes:
