1. Chicken Stew: Brown some diced chicken breast in a pan and add some Jollof Cooking sauce. Allow to simmer to let the chicken cook through. Serve with steamed rice, pasta or bread. You may use pre-cooked/grilled pieces of meat in this recipe.
2. Fresh Fish Stew: Empty the content of a jar of Jollof cooking sauce in a pan. Then add 4 cleaned and boned medium fish steaks. Add some hot water and stir to loosen the sauce a little. Allow to simmer until the fish is cooked. Serve.
3. Sautée Vegetables: Clean and cut your vegetables into bitesize pieces. Steam/boil to tenderise them. Transfer vegetables into a large saucepan and pour over some Jollof sauce. Stir well and serve.
