This watermelon recipe is a simple and refreshing after food delight!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2-3 people
1. Wash the watermelon under a running tap then cut open across its length. Remove as much of its black seeds as possible using a sharp knife. Using an ice-cream scoop spoon, scoop out the flesh of the watermelon in balls.
2. Pour some maple syrup on a platter and arrange the watermelon balls in the syrup. Decorate them with shavings of coconut. Serve chilled.
